1. Do you notice how plants would move towards sunlight? They would twist and turn.

Be flexible. Twist and turn until you achieve what you want.

2. It may be dark at night but light will always come when dawn breaks.

Beyond darkness of despair, there is always light of hope.

3. What do we learn from spring, summer, fall and winter?

That there is a season for everything. Let go and embrace.

4. Plant peach seeds and we will get peach trees, not apple trees.

We reap what we sow and we will reap more than we sow.

5. Plants take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen during photosynthesis.

Give and take. It is a blessing to give. Take, give others a chance to share their blessings.

6. We fall ill after excessive food consumption.

Moderation is the key word. Always strike a balance.

7. Water, water cycle & tsunami what do you gather?

That the very same thing can be life-sustaining and destructive just as words can heal, words can also hurt.

8. We cannot see the wind but we can feel it.

Sometimes, the truth is not visible to the naked eye. Have faith that the Universe knows what it is doing. We are in good hands.

9. When cycling uphill, we face more resistance and need more energy.

When traveling uphill in your life, expect resistance. If you are moving too fast without much efforts, you are probably heading downhill.

10. The sun shines on the rich and the poor, the healthy and the sick, the old and the young.

Light up the lives of those in your path, regardless of who they are.

Have fun discovering nature and infer your own lessons.
